Armytek Return Policy?
Armytek offers a 10 years no-hassle warranty on all Armytek flashlights (excluding batteries, chargers, switches and connectors which have 2 years warranty). This warranty covers any products or parts which are found to be defective under normal use and service within the warranty period from the date of purchase with proof of purchase and defect. However, this warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service and does not apply to any products or parts which have been subjected to modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or improper maintenance or repair by anyone other than Armytek Optoelectronics Inc.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, you can return it within 30 days after purchase. You should have the invoice and the product must be in proper condition. If you want to return your product, please contact Armytek via e-mail: service@armytek.com or phone: +1 (206) 785-9574.
To return a product, you should set a request at RMA-service through your account, where you must choose the proper product and the return reason. Include the original invoice for the product and send the package prepaid to Armytek. Please note, in case of product return during 30 days testing period, shipping is paid by the customer. Monetary refund is carried out in a cashless form through PayPal service to your account or credit card. Monetary refunds and/or product exchanges will only be granted on items purchased directly from Armytek Optoelectronics Inc, during 30 days testing period. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt. If you need repair/replacement or have any questions, contact Armytek via e-mail: service@armytek.com.
